Talan 4321 high tactical boots in dark brown are a reliable solution for long service, missions and active work in the most demanding conditions. High-quality hydrophobic nubuck withstands direct contact with water for up to 180 minutes and, combined with durable Cordura® fabric and a waterproof ePTFE membrane, provides full protection from moisture with excellent breathability. The extended 8" (20.5 cm) shaft delivers maximum ankle support and extra protection when moving over difficult terrain. The dual-density polyurethane-rubber outsole with a self-cleaning tread guarantees confident grip on any surface, while the three-layer moulded absorbent Vildona memory-foam insert insole together with the Italian anatomical last provide exceptional comfort even during long marches. A single boot in US 8.5 (EU 42) weighs 26.5 oz (750 g).

Wow — I did not expect this level of quality for the money. Thick leather, clean finish, everything looks right. Still, I want to put a couple of months of work into them before I call it a win.
