We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your footwear doesn’t fit, you can exchange or return it.
Conditions
- 14 days from receipt for an exchange or return
- Refunds within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item
Item requirements
- Footwear in flawless condition with no signs of wear
- Original packaging (box) preserved
- Tags and labels intact
Important: try footwear on indoors on a clean surface only. Signs of wear make an exchange or return impossible.
How to arrange
Email us at info@talanboots.com with your order number and the reason for the return — we will provide instructions and the return address.
Return costs
- Exchange due to our fault (defect, wrong item) — at our expense
- Size exchange or return without a reason — shipping paid by the customer
Quality guarantee
If a manufacturing defect appears within 30 days under normal use, we will replace the item or refund you free of charge.
